About this scorecard

Ratings are based on the candidates' voting records, answers to the ACT and Maryland Transit Opportunities Coalition questionnaires, statements made in public and in candidate forums, past actions, answers to other organizations' questionnaires, and information on the candidates' websites. A blank rating means a candidate's position on the issue was unclear, mixed, or could not be found.

Candidates who are unopposed in their primaries, or did not respond to our questionnaire and didn't take clear positions elsewhere, are not shown.
