ACT Welcomes Court Ruling on Purple Line

The Action Committee for Transit released the following statement on this morning's Purple Line court ruling:
We are pleased that the deeply flawed court order can now be appealed. We look forward to justice being done so that the Purple Line goes forward and the will of the people prevails over the obstruction of a privileged few.
